Joaquin Archivaldo Guzman Loer is a Mexican suspected drug lord and former leader of the Sinaloa Cartel,a criminal organization named after the Mexican Pacific coast state of Sinaloa.
He was born on 25 December 1954 or 4 April 1957 He is known as "El Chapo" for his 168 cm ,he became Mexico's top drug kingpin
He was considered the "most powerful drug dealer in the world" by the United States treasury department.
He was the second most powerfull man after carlos slim in mexico.he was also known as biggest drug lord of all time
The US governement considered him, most dangerous feared man on planet.He was considered as "the godfather of the drug world"El Chapo was also declared as public enemy
Guzman was first arrested in 1993 for murder and drug trafficking and sentenced to 20 years in prison, in 2001 He bribed prison guards and escaped from the prison.
The US government offered $5million reward to pass information through which El chapo can be arrested,the second time he got arrested in mexico
on 22 feb 2014,but again he was successfull to escape from the prison on july 2015 through a tunnel that led to a construstion site,
He was recaptured by Mexican marines and Federal Police on 8 January 2016. He was extradited to the United States on 19 January 2017
to face criminal charges related to his leadership of the Sinaloa Cartel.
