It includes hundreds of workers, spread across multiple units, accompanied by myriad interdependent jobs that hinder post-production. Going into post-production without a definite plan endangers all of the work you’ve put into production up to this time. A badly planned procedure will eat into your ROI, linger your project, and generate confusion throughout the crew.
1. Tell a story. Narratives possess a start, a core, and an ending. They have a purpose and information. So should your video. Time is short. Concentration extents are shorter, especially with online media. Less is More. So chip away everything but the significant. Record only what viewers want to see/need to comprehend. Only incorporate the most essential clips. Be vicious.
