Miss India Haryana “Meenakshi Chaudhary” and Miss India Andhra Pradesh “Shreya Rao Kamavarapu” turned out to be the first and second runner-up respectively. The grand finale of Miss India 2018 was held on 20th June, 2018 at Dome, NSCI SVP Stadium, Lala Lajpatrai Marg, Lotus Colony, Worli.
