Mohalla Assi is an upcoming Indian Bollywood comedy drama film starring Sunny Deol Sakshi Tanwar Ravi Kishan Saurabh Shukla Mukesh Tiwari and, the movie is directed by Chandraprakash Dwivedi.Mohalla Assi neighbourhood of Assi Ghat, The film is based on a popular Hindi Novel Kashi Ka Assi wrote by Dr.Kashi Nath Singh, an FIR was filed in varanasi aganist Sunny Deol & Dwivedi using of abusive language in film, which cause to delay in film releasing and result film was banned by the CBFC ON 8 April 2016, but on Dec 11 2017 Delhi High Court allowed the release of film with adult certification setting aside the oredr of CBFC.After a long delay the film is getting finally released on November 16 2018 announced by sunny deol & crew
